Josh Taylor's Profile Image

Josh Taylor

Joshua’s love of litigation was fostered early by his experience in high school debate. He would go on to get both his undergrad and his juris doctorate from the University of Wyoming, making him the first in his family to attend college. Opportunities were scarce when he was growing up, and he was fortunate to earn the honor of being a McNair Scholar. Josh has had many years of collected experience working in law and has received many honors and awards including being appointed to special U.S. Attorney as well as arguing before the Wyoming Supreme Court. Though he started his career as a prosecuting attorney, Joshua has found being a criminal defense attorney much more rewarding. Joshua looks at each case to be a unique challenge. He takes the time to thoroughly review each client’s file while taking into consideration the client’s primary concerns. It is his goal to always get a favorable outcome for the client. When a client’s case is completed, the overwhelmingly feedback is that Joshua worked hard and was prepared and the client felt Joshua was effective protecting their rights and their interests. Joshua believes what distinguishes a client’s experience with Just Criminal Law from other law firms is the caliber of service Just Criminal is able to offer because the firm’s team is able to collaborate on the client’s defense.
